We take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch artisan goods inspired by nature and Métis tradition. Because our products are handmade in limited quantities with natural ingredients, we have a few policies in place to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and our business.

Sale Orders: Anniversary & Special Promotions

If there is an issue with a product from your Anniversary Sale, Black Friday, or other promotional sale order that is eligible for a refund, we will issue a store credit (gift card) for the full value of the affected item(s), which can be used toward a future purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened items—no exceptions.

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s shipping expense, provided the item is in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@redreiverandsage.com with your order number and reason for return.

Product Quality Issues

If you experience a quality issue with your product, please let us know within 6 months of purchase. We do not honour product quality complaints after this time.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@redriverandsage.com within 3 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged product(s) and packaging

We will do our best to make it right.
