All orders are shipped from Mission, British Columbia, Canada via Canada Post.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During high-volume periods, such as launches, seasonal restocks, or promotions, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience as we hand-pack each order with care.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the U.S., excluding sale items discounted 25% or more. ***Minimum applies to subtotal after discounts and before tax.***

Local Pickup

At this time, we are not offering local pickup. We are a home-based artisan business and do not have the capacity for pickups — thank you for understanding.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance during checkout to help protect your package from loss, damage, or theft. If you choose not to add insurance, Red River & Sage Co. is not liable for packages once they are shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• BC + Lower Mainland: 2–5 business days

• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

• U.S. Orders: 7–10 business days

• International: 10–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to postal service disruptions.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country. We do not cover these fees and they are not included in your shipping cost.
